I have used Steven and the team at CCS for about 12 months now. I changed to use them after having a less than satisfactory service from three different IT services firms over the previous few years.
Steven and his team have always responded promptly to emergencies, resolving them promptly and, where decisions have needed to be taken, have explained the issues and options in a way that was easy for me to understand. They have also spent some time talking to me about my IT needs and wants and have spoken to me about the IT issues that are likely to arise over the next 12 months or so.

The diagnosis was not good, and the machine was gone.
I’d been informed what the problem was, and awaiting your call, which came very soon afterwards. You explained clearly what the options were, and we braced ourselves for the return of a virgin PC with no applications or data.
