Other things to think about;

• Office space can get snapped up quickly. If you’ve done your research and are keen on a particular area, it’s a good idea to log your interest with the relevant agent or landlord. They often run waiting lists.
• Ask about lease terms. Are they flexible?
• Parking. Is it allocated and will you have enough to meet the needs of your whole team?
• Raised flooring? This can make a difference to your fit out, both in terms of aesthetics and cost.
• Air Conditioning? Check there is some, as a hot summer without, is no fun for anyone. This is a good question to ask the other tenants too.
