Contract support
is the most comprehensive way of getting all inclusive IT solutions and consultancy. This is split into Bronze, Silver and Gold. All three offer unlimited support by way of phone, onsite or remote support whichever suits the problem. The Bronze Silver and Gold give you the opportunity to decide how you want us support your business needs. So whatever happens you are prepared and we can be there for you.
Prepay bundle
As it suggests is much like topping up a phone. You prepay a minimum block 10 hours, which you can top up at any time in by 1 hour blocks. This way you have the complete peace of mind that when that emergency arises, you are covered and have the same level of support service that our contract customer enjoy but with no monthly bills. You will just reduce your prepaid hours as and when you need to use them.
Pay as you go
As and when you need us we can be there, you will have access to the same great service and professionalism that our contract customers receive but we bill you at the end of the month only for the services you recieved. No contract**, no down payment, only paying for the services you have had when you had them.
