If you have an IT issue that you feel may need more attention, an ongoing support, or a product / goods based need you can switch at any time to our Contract Support or even Pay as you go.
Any leftover prepaid hours will be valued and taken off your first bill. Also speak to us about a referral discount by recommending us to your business contacts.
Any products or goods are not included in your prepaid bundle only labour charges. Products and goods will be billed separately at the end of the month.
