Every business wants to know what they are spending and what they are spending it on, this is made even more prominent by the current financial climate.  IT problems cannot be predicted or expected, however the cost can now be budgeted for, before it happens.

You pay an initial block of 10 hours, which can be topped up in hourly blocks,  when you have an IT problem give us a call all labour charges will be logged and taken off your prepaid bundle.  So no surprise bills, a fixed labour charge, no hidden charges and all the peace of mind your business deserves.

If you have an IT issue that you feel may need more attention, an ongoing support, or a product / goods based need you can switch at any time to our Contract Support or even Pay as you go. 

Any leftover prepaid hours will be valued and taken off your first bill.  Also speak to us about a referral discount by recommending us to your business contacts.

Any products or goods are not included in your prepaid bundle only labour charges.  Products and goods will be billed separately at the end of the month.
