How it works

1. we will attend site, and take on-line images of all the equipment you would like covered by this service then once a month we will re-attend site and update our images to make sure they are always up to date
2. CCS then store these images at our offices
3. if a disaster occurs, we simply restore these images either to replacement servers, or to servers loaned by CCS (loaned servers are included with the service)

Down time

Many clients ask how this service will impact there day to day work, in short, it doesn't. we install a small application onto the items you wish to be covered, and then start the imaging, this will run in the background until complete.

dependant on specification some systems may experience a slow down, but users will still be able to get on with the work at hand, and the business will continue to run.

Security

Once we have the images, we store them securely at out offices, these images are then also stored at our facility in London, so even if we have a disaster your data is safe at our alternative location.
